目的

针对煤矿巷道支护中锚杆受偏心载荷作用导致性能下降的问题,探究偏转角对吸能玻璃钢锚杆力学性能的影响规律,确定其正常工作角度范围,为同类巷道支护设计提供参考。
方法

首先,通过力学分析推导了吸能玻璃钢锚杆最大偏转角与玻璃钢杆体的应力-应变柔度矩阵关系,明确了偏心载荷下锚杆受力特性与适用判定准则;其次,通过万能试验机拉伸试验,测定了玻璃钢杆体关键力学参数,为数值模拟提供基础数据;然后,基于Hashin失效准则编写了Vumat子程序,采用Abaqus有限元软件建立了常规与吸能玻璃钢锚杆数值模型;最后,对比分析了静载与不同冲击参数动载作用下锚杆的核心力学指标。
结果

结果表明,静载作用下,两类锚杆的破断力、延伸率、吸能量均随偏转角增大成非线性衰减,确定吸能玻璃钢锚杆适用偏转角不大于4°;在4°偏转角工况下,该锚杆动态力学指标显著优于常规锚杆,吸能量约为常规锚杆的12倍,具备优异的抗冲击与吸能特性;不同冲击工况下,4°偏转角的该锚杆各项指标均满足预设适用准则。

Aiming at the problem of performance degradation of bolts under eccentric loading in coal mine roadway support
the influence law of deflection angle on the mechanical properties of energy-absorbing FRP bolts was investigated
and the normal working angle range was determined to provide reference for similar roadway support design.
Methods

Firstly
the maximum deflection angle of energy-absorbing fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) bolts and the stress-strain compliance matrix relationship of FRP rod body were derived through mechanical analysis
and the stress characteristics and applicable judgment criteria of bolts under eccentric loading were clarified; Secondly
the key mechanical parameters of FRP rod body were measured by tensile test with universal testing machine to provide basic data for numerical simulation; Subsequently
the Vumat subroutine was compiled based on Hashin failure criterion
and the numerical models of conventional and energy-absorbing FRP bolts were established by Abaqus finite element software; Finally
the core mechanical indexes such as elongation
breaking force and energy absorption of bolts under static load and dynamic load with different impact parameters were compared and analyzed.
Results

Under static load
the breaking force
elongation and energy absorption of the two types of bolts decrease nonlinearly with the increase of deflection angle
and the applicable deflection angle of energy-absorbing FRP bolts is determined to be no more than 4°; Under the working condition of 4° deflection angle
the dynamic mechanical indexes of the bolt are significantly better than those of conventional FRP bolts
and its energy absorption is about 12 times that of conventional bolts
which has excellent impact resistance and energy absorption characteristics; Under different impact conditions
all indexes of the bolt with 4° deflection angle meet the preset applicable criteria.
