对不同尺寸和粗糙度的试样进行四点弯曲疲劳试验测试7085铝合金疲劳极限。试验表明,试样厚度越大,材料疲劳极限强度越大;试样表面粗糙度越大,材料疲劳极限强度越小。对试样进行受力分析计算发现,危险截面发生在压头与试样接触的位置,此处试样受到了弯曲正应力及剪切力的共同作用,随着试样厚度的增加,试样所受剪切力减小,相同疲劳极限下试样对应的弯曲正应力增大;反之亦然。通过建立简化模型表明试样表面粗糙度与曲率半径之间的关系,进而得出表面粗糙度与材料疲劳极限强度的关系。
The fatigue limit of 7085 aluminum alloy was tested by four-point bending fatigue test for samples of different sizes and roughness.The results show that the greater the thickness of the specimen
the greater the ultimate fatigue strength of the material. The higher the surface roughness of the sample
the lower the ultimate fatigue strength of the material. The stress analysis and calculation of the specimen show that the dangerous cross section occurs at the position where the indenter contacts the specimen
where the specimen is subjected to the combined action of bending normal stress and shear force. With the increase of the thickness of the specimen
the shear force on the specimen decreases
and the bending normal stress on the specimen increases under the same fatigue limit. And vice versa. The relation between the surface roughness and the radius of curvature of the sample is shown by establishing a simplified model
and then the relationship between the surface roughness and the fatigue ultimate strength of the material is obtained.
