采用有限元仿真和实验测试方法,以三种加筋肋构型为研究对象,分析了在给定材料参数和加筋板几何参数的情况下,加筋肋构型对加筋板结构的力学行为的影响,并采用正弦曲线代替直线的方法对结构进行优化计算。研究表明,正方构型45°方向分布时对板加固效果优于正向分布,正六边形与内凹形构型竖直方向分布时对板加固效果优于水平方向分布与45°方向分布;加筋构型孔隙夹角越小对板加固效果越好;加筋层采用正弦曲线代替直线边界可显著提高加筋板的承载能力;通过对加筋板加筋层裂纹路径的分析,可得在加筋板弯曲变形后加筋层均是在承载位置处沿着纵向肋壁扩展。
Using finite element simulation and experimental testing methods, with three stiffened rib configurations as the research object, the effect of the stiffened rib configuration on the mechanical behavior of the stiffened plate structure is analyzed under the given material parameters and geometric parameters of the stiffened plate. And the method of sine curve instead of straight line is used to optimize the structure. The research shows that the reinforcement effect of the plate is better than the positive distribution when the square configuration is distributed in the 45° direction, and the vertical distribution of the regular hexagon and the inner concave configuration has better plate reinforcement effect than the horizontal distribution and the 45° direction distribution; the smaller the angle between the pores of the stiffened configuration is, the better the reinforcement effect of the plate is; the use of sinusoids in the stiffened layer instead of the straight line boundary can significantly improve the bearing capacity of the stiffened plate; through the analysis of the crack path of the stiffened plate, it can be obtained that all the stiffened layers of the stiffened plate expand along the longitudinal rib wall at the load-bearing position after bending and deformation.
