提出一种研究橡胶弹簧静态扭转刚度的方法,即结合实验研究与仿真分析研究了橡胶的结构参数、材料参数及预压量对橡胶弹簧静态扭转刚度的影响。首先,采用Mooney-Rivlin模型拟合橡胶超弹本构参数,建立了考虑预压的橡胶弹簧有限元模型。然后,对橡胶弹簧进行准静态扭转实验,验证了有限元模型的准确性。最后,基于建立的有限元模型,采用正交实验方法,研究了橡胶棒高度、直径、预压量和硬度对橡胶弹簧静态扭转刚度的影响规律。结果表明,橡胶棒的高度、直径、预压量和硬度与橡胶弹簧静态扭转刚度呈非线性关系,橡胶棒的预压量对橡胶弹簧静态扭转刚度影响最为显著。
The effects of structural parameters, material parameters and pre-compression of rubber on the static torsion stiffness of rubber spring were studied by means of experimental research and simulated analysis. Firstly, the Mooney-Rivlin model was used to fit the rubber constitutive parameters, and the finite element model of rubber spring was established. Then, the quasi-static torsion experiment of the rubber spring was carried out, which verified the accuracy of the finite element model. Finally, based on the established finite element model, the effects of rubber rod height, diameter, pre-compression and hardness on the static torsion stiffness of rubber spring were studied by orthogonal experimental method. The results show that the height, diameter, pre-compression and hardness of rubber rod are nonlinear with the static torsion stiffness of rubber spring, and the pre-compression of rubber rod has the most significant effect on the static torsion stiffness of rubber spring.
