有限概率信息系指概率信息不完备,这种不完备表现为依据现有信息无法精确地计算出产品的可靠性指标。应用可靠性设计理论和灵敏度分析的直接微分方法,以额定压力为阈值建立了有限概率信息的液压管路的可靠性设计模型,推导出了液压管路可靠性和可靠性灵敏度的矩阵形式公式,提出了不完全概率信息的液压管路在液压波动冲击环境下的可靠性和可靠性微分灵敏度分析方法,仿真确定了液压管路的可靠性微分灵敏度,给出了各个基本随机参数的变化影响液压管路可靠性和可靠性灵敏度的变化规律和大小排序,计算得到了设计参数的改变对液压管路可靠性的影响数据,解决了液压波动冲击环境下液压管路的可靠性工程问题,通过计算机程序实现了对液压波动冲击环境下液压管路的可靠性微分灵敏度分析。
The finite probability information refers to the incomplete probability information,which caused that the reliability indexes of the product cannot be accurately calculated based on the existing information. The paper,using reliability design theory and sensitivity analysis method,set rated pressure as threshold value,established the reliability design model of hydraulic pipeline with finite probability information,and deduced the matrix formula of reliability and reliability sensitivity of hydraulic pipeline,carried on the reliability and reliability differential sensitivity analysis methods with finite probability information of hydraulic pipeline,determine the reliability differential sensitivity of hydraulic pipeline by simulation,and put forward the changing rule of reliability and reliability sensitivity with respect to the parameters. The results indicated that the influence of design parameters change for the reliability of hydraulic pipeline. At the same time,it assists to solve the reliability engineering problems of Hydraulic pipeline under fluctuation impact environment. It realizes the reliability sensitivity of the Hydraulic pipeline under hydraulic surge impact environment through a computer program.
