研究单层圆筒容器爆破压力的概率分布,是建立压力容器的可靠性设计方法和构建压力容器强度计算公式精度评价体系的一项基础工作。基于84组单层圆筒容器的实测爆破压力,应用数理统计理论的假设检验方法,对单层圆筒容器爆破压力的概率分布进行了分析。研究表明:(1)根据中国标准的工程实践,按设计压力可将容器爆破压力计算公式的应用范围划分为3个总体:设计压力不超过35 MPa,位于35 MPa~100 MPa之间,以及不超过100 MPa。(2)根据设计压力与爆破压力的关系,公式应用范围样本的实测爆破压力为:不超过105. 5 MPa,位于91. 0 MPa~329. 6 MPa之间,以及不超过329. 6 MPa。(3)显著度为0. 05时,样本实测爆破压力与中径公式和Tresca公式计算值之比,是6个符合正态分布的随机变量。(4)在双侧置信度为98%时,分别得到6个随机变量分布参数的取值范围。
As study on the burst pressure probability distribution of single-layer cylindrical vessels is a basic work,the establishment of pressure vessels reliability design method was carried out to build precision evaluation system of pressure vessel strength calculating formula. The burst pressure probability distribution of single-layer cylindrical vessel was analyzed by using the hypothesis test method in the mathematical statistics theory,based on 84 sets measured burst pressure data of single-layer cylindrical vessel. Research results indicated that:( 1) Based on the engineering practice of Chinese standard,the application range of the formula can be divided into the 3 groups according to the design pressure which are no exceeding 35 MPa,between35 MPa and 100 MPa,and no more than 100 MPa,respectively;( 2) According to the relationship between design pressure and burst pressure,the actual burst pressure of the formula application range sample was no more than 105. 5 MPa,between 91. 0 MPa and 329. 6 MPa,and no more than 329. 6 MPa,respectively;( 3) When the significance was 0. 05,the ratio of the samples measured burst pressure and mid-diameter formula and Tresca formula calculated values is 6 random variables with the normal distribution.( 4) When the 2-sides confidence was 98%,the distribution parameters value range of 6 random variables were obtained respectively.
