滚动轴承动态特性的研究目前主要集中在稳定工况,但转速波动存在于许多旋转机械设备中,将对滚动轴承的动态性能产生重要影响。以圆柱滚子轴承NU306为研究对象,建立了圆柱滚子轴承的塑性材料柔性接触的非线性动态有限元模型,采用显式动力学LS-DYNA对其在三种不同转速波动形式(矩形波动、正弦波动和随机波动)下的非线性运行过程进行了动态仿真,获得了圆柱滚子轴承在转速波动工况下的保持架角速度曲线和打滑率曲线,以及滚子与内圈、保持架的接触力曲线。将稳定工况下圆柱滚子轴承的有限元解与其解析解进行对比,验证了所建立有限元模型的有效性。结果表明:内圈转速的角加速度越大,保持架角速度曲线和打滑率曲线波动越剧烈且严重时可能产生负打滑率;转速波动主要通过改变承载区滚子与保持架间的接触力来影响保持架的稳定性,并且转速波动可能会加大承载区范围,使单个滚子承载力峰值减小。
The research on the dynamic characteristics of roller bearings is mainly concentrated on steady condition, but the rotational speed fluctuations exist in many rotating machines, and it has important influence on the dynamic performance of rolling bearing. Taking cylindrical roller bearing NU306 as investigation object, a nonlinear dynamic finite element model for plastic material flexible contact of a cylindrical roller bearing was established. Based on explicit dynamic LS-DYNA, the dynamic simulations for nonlinear operation process under three different rotational speed fluctuations(rectangular fluctuations, sinusoidal fluctuations and random fluctuations) were made, and the angular speed curve and slipping rate curve of cage and the contact force curve of between roller and inner ring and cage were obtained. The finite element solutions of a cylindrical roller bearing under steady condition were compared with its analytical solutions, and the validity of the established finite element model was verified. The results show that the greater angular acceleration of rotational speed on the inner ring, the greater fluctuations of angular speed curve and slipping rate curve of cage, and negative slipping rate may occur when the fluctuation is serious. Rotational speed fluctuations influence the stability of cage mainly by changing the contact force between rollers in load zone and cage, and rotational speed fluctuations may lead to load zone range larger and make the peak load force of single roller reduce.
