针对采煤机在实际工作过程中的振动问题,运用多体动力学理论,综合考虑采煤机行走部与刮板输送机之间的接触特性、调高油缸的支撑特性、摇臂的自身刚度以及采煤机滚筒、摇臂、机身各部分之间的连接特性和机身的振动摆角,建立了采煤机竖直方向的6个自由度的动力学模型。并将采煤机滚筒竖直方向载荷作为外部激励,采用数值分析方法,求解了煤岩硬度对采煤机竖直方向振动特性的影响。结果表明:当煤岩的截割阻抗均值在200 k N/m~400 k N/m之间变化时,对采煤机前后截割部的振动位移影响较大,前后滚筒的变化范围分别为13. 42 mm~26. 83 mm、8. 19 mm~16. 37mm,前后摇臂的变化范围分别为5. 31 mm~10. 62 mm、3. 32 mm~6. 65 mm。最后通过实验对模型结果进行了验证。
Abstract
According to shearer vibration problems in the practical work,using multi-body dynamics theory,considering the connection characteristics between walking unit of shearer and scraper conveyor,the support characteristics of adjustment height oil vat,the stiffness of rocker arm of shearer,the connection characteristics between the parts of shearer,vibration angle of shearer,6 degrees of freedom dynamic model in the vertical direction of shearer was established.The vertical direction of shearer drum load was used as an external excitation,and the effect of different coal and rock hardness on vertical direction vibration characteristics of shearer were solved by using numerical analysis method. The results show that the mean of coal cutting impedance has great influence on vibration displacement of front and rear cutting unit when the range is 200 kN/m ~ 400 kN/m,the displacement range of front and rear drum is 13. 42 mm ~ 26. 83 mm、8. 19 mm ~ 16. 37 mm,and the displacement range of front and rear rocker arm is 5. 31 mm ~ 10. 62 mm、3. 32 mm ~ 6. 65 mm.Finally,the results of model is verified by experiment.
