为了定量分析实际工况下铰点载荷特征,为关键零部件载荷谱整理提供方法和依据,以XE215G中型挖掘机为研究对象,采用两种方法获取铰点载荷:第一种方法采用三维销轴力传感器,直接实测铲斗与斗杆铰点处的正载、侧载和偏载,采用连杆力传感器实测连杆力,利用力学平衡方程计算其余铰点载荷;第二种方法利用实测的动臂、斗杆和铲斗油缸压力和位移数据,通过建立动力学模型间接计算所有铰点载荷。同时测试动臂、斗杆大应力部位的应力-时间历程。两种方法获取的铰点载荷吻合较好,表明测试数据比较可靠。针对方法一所得铰点载荷,计算大应力测点疲劳损伤在考虑和不考虑侧载及偏载时的相对偏差,结果表明,除了损伤明显小的测点外,其余测点损伤相对偏差不超过6.98%,表明侧载和偏载对结构损伤的影响较小。针对方法二所得铰点载荷,利用载荷-应力传递系数获取结构大应力测点的计算应力,并与对应测点实测应力对比,结果表明,各测点两种应力曲线吻合较好,且各测点的计算损伤相对实际损伤的最大偏差为8.33%,表明方法二所得铰点载荷可以较好的复现结构大应力测点的应力及损伤。在正常工作条件下,挖掘机工作装置铰点载荷可以近似不考虑侧载和偏载的影响,而采用简易可行的测量油缸压力和位移的方法获得。
In order to quantitatively analyze characteristics of the hinge joint loads under actual working conditions,and provide basis for compiling the load spectrum of key components,a medium-sized excavator XE215 G was taken as the research object,whose hinge joint loads was obtained by two methods. The first is using the three-dimensional pin-shaft force sensor to measure the positive load,lateral load and offset load at the hinge joint of stick and bucket,and using the link rod force sensor to measure the link rod force,and then the other hinge joint loads could be calculated by the mechanical equilibrium equation; The second is using the measured pressure and displacement of the boom cylinder,stick cylinder and bucket cylinder to calculate all hinge loads indirectly by a kinetic model. Simultaneously,the stress-time histories of the large stress measure points on the boom and the stick were recorded. The hinge joint loads obtained by the two methods were in good agreement with each other,indicating that the test is reliable. For method 1,the relative deviations of fatigue damage of each measure point between including and excluding lateral load and offset load is less than 6. 98%,except for a measure point whose fatigue damage is obviously smaller than other points,which indicates that the lateral load and the offset load have little effect on fatigue damage. For method 2,the calculated stress of each measure point obtained by the load-stress transfer coefficient was compared with the measured stress of the corresponding point. The results show that they are in good agreement with each other and the most relative deviation between the calculated damage and the actual damage is 8. 33%,which indicates that the hinge load obtained from the method 2 can reproduce the stress and damage of each measuring point well. Under normal working conditions,the hinge joint load of theexcavator working device can ignore the lateral load and offset load approximately,while can be obtained by the simple and feasible method of measuring the cylinder pressures and displacements.
