Using ANSYS/ls-dyna software to establish the complex coal seam under the condition of the spiral drum coupling model of coal and rock, different position of a cut and dirt band containing inclusions spiral drum impact load distribution and the shape of coal and rock deformation; the time history curves of the stress and strain of the alloy head and the tooth body are obtained by the dynamic analysis of the cutting teeth, and the stress distribution law of the cutting teeth in the working process was found out. The research shows that: when the spiral drum cutting the coal seam with the inclusion, its working load appears larger fluctuation,The maximum stress of the cutting teeth are mainly concentrated in the contact area of the teeth tip of the alloy head and the shaft shoulder of the head of the handle; under the same traction speed, the stress of the pick is decreased with the increase of the rotating speed of the drum. If the rotation speed of the roller is constant, the stress increases with the increase of the traction speed. The analysis results provide an important reference for improving the structural design of thin coal seam shearer drum and cutting performance.
