以离合器从动盘总成中的轴套板为研究对象,针对轴套板经碳氮共渗与磷化处理之后出现的断裂问题,利用断口宏观分析、断口微观分析、金相分析、硬度检测以及材料化学成分分析等方法对断裂的轴套板进行分析。研究的结果表明,轴套板的断裂发生在表面磷化处理之前,裂纹起始于轴套板外圆窗口区域的左端部分,并且在使用过程中扩展至贯穿断裂。此外,轴套板由于外圆区域截面较小而且表层经硬化处理,当该区域受到异常冲击时,极易引起零件的开裂,尤其当组织粗大时,其导致材料脆性增大而诱发零件的开裂。
Sleeve plate of clutch disk is studied in this paper,according to the fracture problems of sleeve plate by carbonitriding and phosphating treatment,the fractured sleeve plate was analyzed by means of fracture macroscopic analysis,fracture microscopic analysis,metallographic analysis,hardness testing and chemical composition analysis of material. The results show that the fracture of sleeve plate occurs before surface phosphating treatment,crack starts at left part of round window for sleeve plate,and it extends to run through the fracture in the process of production. In addition,due to cylindrical section is smaller and the surface area adopts hardening treatment,when the surface area is subjected to abnormal impact,it is very easy to cause the cracking of sleeve plate,especially the coarse structure leads to the increase of brittleness and it increases the probability of cracking of the parts.
