通过求解一般形式初值条件的扩散方程,得到恒流、恒压以及充电中断时的浓度演化,进而得到扩散诱导应力演化的解析表达式。基于解析模型,分别探究了发生在恒流阶段和恒压阶段的充电中断。充电中断时应力发生松弛,充电恢复时应力快速增加,从而必然导致一次应力涨落,对电池寿命不利。研究结果发现,中断时间越长,由充电中断导致的应力涨落就更为剧烈。另一方面,接近恒流-恒压转换时刻的中断会导致较严重的应力涨落。此外,还发现在恒流阶段发生中断导致的应力涨落比恒压阶段严重。
A short interruption occuring during the charging process influences the stress evolution. Two cases were considered here. In one case the galvanostatic charging process was interrupted while in the other case the potentiostatic charging process was interrupted. By solving the diffusion equation with an initial condition of general form,the analytical solutions of the concentration variation as well as the stress evolution of these two cases were obtained. Charging interruption leads to a short moment of stress relaxtion,but the stress recovers to increase once the charging is turned on again. Each time of interruption results in a rise-and-fall of the diffusion-induced stress. The longer the interruption lasts,the more severe the stress fluctuation is,which is dentrimental to the battery life. The up-and-down phenomenon in the stress is more obvious for interrupting the galvanostatic stage than for interrupting the potentiostatic stage. The most severe stress fluctuation occurs when the interruption happens near the switching moment between the galvanostatic stage and the potentiostatic stage.
