为了更完整的提取转子碰摩故障特征,提出了一种新的转子碰摩故障特征提取方法——全矢局部特征尺度分解(Full vector local characteristic decomposition,FVLCD)。FVLCD将局部特征尺度分解(Local characteristic decomposition,LCD)和全矢谱(Full vector spectrum,FVS)相结合,通过LCD将互相垂直通道的振动信号分解成系列内禀模态分量并用Hilbert变换对其进行解调得到包络信号;然后通过FVS融合包络信号得到相应的全矢谱,在此基础上进行机械故障诊断。转子松动-碰摩故障分析结果表明该方法有效融合两个通道的振动信号信息,获取的故障特征更全面、准确。
Abstract
For a more complete extraction of the rotor fault feature,a new rotor fault feature extraction methods-Full vector local characteristic decomposition(FVLCD) was proposed.FLVCD Combined local characteristic decomposition(LCD) with full vector spectrum(FVS).Mutually perpendicular channel vibration signals were decomposed into intrinsic mode components of the series based on LCD and corresponding envelope signals were obtained by Hilbert transform.Then the corresponding vector spectrum was obtained by fusion of the envelope signal FVS.Rotor rubbing fault analysis results show that this method is effective fusion of the two co-channel vibration signal information,fault characteristics are more comprehensive and accurate.
