球磨机的理论分析对于球磨机的强度设计和生产率的估算等工作都是十分必要的,但由于其影响因素多而复杂,其数学建模和理论分析都存在许多困难。在一定的理论假设下,利用力学原理分析了球磨机转筒内物流被抛射后与转筒碰撞时的撞击力计算问题,给出了撞击力与抛射角之间的函数关系,并通过数值算例和对分迭代方法进行了优化计算,得到了最大撞击力与抛射角的对应结果,最后通过实际球磨机生产企业提供的产品规格参数进行了计算对比,说明了方法的可行性和正确性。
The theoretical analyses of the ball grinding mill are very necessary for its strength designs and the estimation of its output,but there are a lot of difficulties in the mathematical modeling and theoretical analyses because of the many and complex influence factors. Here,the mechanical principles was used to analyze the percussive force computation problems of the materials in the roller of the ball grinding mill when dropped and collided with the roller,and the function of the percussive force and the dropping angle was given,and the optimization was done with half-division method by a numerical example,the corresponding results of the maximal percussive force and the dropping angle was obtained,The contrast results of the theoretical computations with the product specification parameters supplied by actual ball mill shows that the methods and conclusions in the paper are correct and workable.
