针对办公室久坐人群在工作时脊柱和关节的活动需求,根据人机工程学理论设计一种秋千式办公休闲椅,根据ANSI/BIFMA测试标准在Ansys Workbench环境下对模型进行静态结构分析和瞬态结构分析,得出结构在功能性载荷和验证性载荷作用下的应力应变响应,制作实物样机并进行测试,得到了满意的结果。研究结果表明,设计的结构能够满足BIFMA标准的力学性能要求,测试结果与有限元分析结果相符合,从客观上验证了分析的准确性和有效性,这有利于缩短产品的研发周期,降低研发成本,研究结果也为后续的结构优化设计提供了重要依据。
Aiming at the motion request of spine and joints of these people who always sit in the office and according to the theory of ergonomics,a swing-style office lounge chair was designed. According to the testing standard of ANSI / BIFMA,static structure analysis and transient structure analysis was done under the environment of ANSYS Workbench. The stress and strain of the structure were calculated under the function load and proof load. The prototypes were made and tested,and the satisfied results were gotten. The research results indicate that the structure designed can meet the mechanical performance requirements of BIFMA,and the test results consistent with the analysis result. That verifies the accuracy and validity of the analysis,and it will benefit to shortening the development cycles and reducing development costs. The research results also offer important basis for the later structure optimization.
