为研究采煤机摇臂惰轮轴复杂工况下的力学特性和载荷特性,采用销轴传感器对采煤机不同截割工况下的摇臂惰轮轴载荷进行测试,通过无线采集模块对测试数据实时存储和传输,得到惰轮轴Z向和Y向的载荷曲线,分析结果表明:采煤机斜切进刀时惰轮轴所受载荷最大,Z向最大载荷33.38 kN,Y向最大载荷35.60 kN,且在整个过程中,Y向载荷均大于Z向载荷,研究结果为摇臂惰轮轴载荷测试提供了新方法,为采煤机摇臂故障监测和煤岩识别提供数据支持,同时对采煤机零部件设计和优化具有重要的指导意义。
In order to study the mechanical and load properties of idler shaft on rocker arm shearer under complicated conditions,used the shaft sensor to test the load of idler shaft on rocker arm under different conditions,and through the wireless module to store and transmit the real-time data,with some test data curves in Z and Y direction obtained. The analysis results show that the load of idler shaft is the largest when coal winning machine under the oblique cutting condition,the largest load of 33. 38 kN in Z direction,the largest load of 35. 60 kN in Y direction,and thoughtout the process,the load in Y direction always larger than Z direction. The results of the study provide a new way for the idler shaft load test and data support for the coal-rock identification method and the fault monitoring on rocker arm shearer,also has important guiding and significance for coal winning machine parts design and optimization.
