为了解决汽车行驶过程中湿式制动器发热量大、稳定差等问题,提出一种可实时控制湿式制动器油液温度的新型制动器布置方案,并通过对新型制动器布置方案工作原理进行分析,建立新型湿式制动器计算模型,最后通过实验样机实验的方法对安装实时温控系统的新型湿式制动器进行可行性验证。理论计算及实验验证表明:二者的结果基本一致,安装实时温控系统的湿式制动器制动扭矩波动得到明显抑制,制动扭矩平稳性明显提高,各阶段制动扭矩都大于传统湿式制动器;安装实时温控系统的湿式制动器冷却液温度相对传统湿式制动器能够控制在70℃附近,对提高汽车制动系统的性能具有重要作用。
In order to solve the problems of much heat during braking process,and poor stability in high speed condition of the automobile wet brake,a new type of wet brake based on the layout of real time temperature control was proposed by analyzing the working principle of the layout scheme,a new type of wet brake model was established,finally,the feasibility of the new type wet brake was verified by the bench test method. The theoretical calculation and experimental verification show that both results are consistent basically,the brake torque fluctuation of the wet brake based on the real-time temperature control system are obviously suppressed,and the brake torque stability of the brake process is obviously improved,and the brake torque of each stage is large than the traditional wet brake; the coolant temperature of the wet brake based on the real time temperature control system can be controlled in the vicinity of 70℃,which has a positive effect on improving the performance of the automobile brake system.
