机械运转噪声在许多场合是必须控制的,微特电机驱动系统就是其中之一。对一种家用蔬菜喷淋系统的降噪方案进行力学分析,采用力平衡方程给出了悬线偏转角、悬线长度和阻力矩等物理参数之间的函数关系式,得到了悬线张力的表达式;并提出了针对具体偏转角要求计算弹簧刚度系数和配重的方法和公式,通过一个实际算例计算了阻力矩和弹簧刚度系数分别与悬线偏转角之间的变化规律,利用数值迭代计算了给定阻力矩前提下的悬线偏转角的值,结果说明了方法的可行性。分析思路对于进一步探讨系统的动态振动和噪声控制是具有参考意义的。
Mechanical running noise should be controlled in many occasions,the micro & special motor system is one of these. Here,the mechanical analysis of the noise reduction plan of a kind of household vegetable spray system was investigated,the force balance equation was employed to deduce the relation between the suspension line deflection angle,the suspension line length,the moment of the resistance and other parameters,and the tension force of the suspension line was given; the methods and formulae of computing the spring stiffness coefficient and the weight were also obtained,an example was given to illustrate the variations of the moment of resistance and the spring stiffness coefficient to the suspension line deflection angle respectively,and the numerical iteration method was employed to compute the suspension line deflection angle with known moment of resistance,the results showed the feasibility of the method. The methods introduced here have significant conferences to further discussions on the system dynamic vibration and noise control.
