对于太阳轮轴与齿式联轴器相连接的行星传动装置,太阳轮浮动量直接决定了齿式联轴器所需补偿的偏转角,但由于太阳轮的浮动量受行星轮系各部件误差的综合影响,其真实值很难求解及测量。基于动力学分析原理提出了一种求解太阳轮浮动量的方法,考虑了行星轮系关键部件的制造、安装误差,运用当量啮合误差的方法建立了行星轮系的动力学模型,并根据鼓形花键与太阳轮轴的几何关系,对鼓形齿进行修形,以减小两连接轴的不对中度。最后对某行星齿轮传动装置进行试验验证,实验结果较好地证明了理论模型的正确性,具有一定的工程应用价值。
For the planet transmission device whose sun gear shaft is connected with tooth coupling,floating displacement of the sun gear directly determines tilt angle compensating of the tooth coupling,However,because of the sun gear ’s floating displacement multiply affects by comprehensive errors of planetary gear train parts,Its real value is difficult to calculate and measure accurately. This paper proposed a method,which is based on the dynamics analysis principle,to solve the sun gear’s floating displacement. It applies the means of equivalent meshing error to consider the manufacture and installation error of planetary gear train key components,a dynamic model of planetary gear train has been built,and according to the geometric relations between drum shaped spline and sun gear shaft,the tooth profile of drum gear has been modified to reduce the misalignment of the two connecting shafts. Finally,the experiment of certain planetary-gear transmission demonstrates that theoretical model is correct and possesses significant value of engineering applications.
