阴、阳转子型线是双螺杆压缩机性能的重要决定因素,但其设计时常出现型线修改、实验搭建不便等难题。针对以上问题,将NURBS曲线和数值模拟技术应用于设计中。以单边不对称摆线—销齿圆弧式转子型线为基础,应用NURBS曲线构建新型转子齿廓线,并给出曲线方程;建立压缩机流体模型,运用Fluent软件模拟其额定转速下的压强与流速,通过比较分析得出新设计的有效性,为最终优化获得性能优良转子型线提供参考。搭建实验验证此设计方法的可靠性与便捷性。
The rotor profiles are the key factor of twin-screw compressor,but there is some inconvenience in modification and experiment of rotor profile. NURBS curves and computational fluid simulation analysis are applied to overcome these two problems. NURBS curves are introduced to construct a new rotor profile based on the rotor profile of unilateral asymmetric combined cycloid with pin gear arc. The equations of profile are given. The numerical simulation models of the new profile and the original profile are built to find out the distribution law of pressure and velocity in twin-screw compressors under the operating speed by the means of FLUENT software. Finally,according to the simulation results,the rationality of the designed rotor profile is verified,and new schemes for further optimization are explored. Then an experiment is made to describe the reliability and convenience of this design method.
