STRENGTH ANALYSIS AND OPTIMAL DESIGN INTEGRAL TOOTHLOCKED QUICK OPENING STRUCTURE
Based on Finite Element Analysis method,applying the ANSYS analysis software platform to deal with elastic stress and fatigue analysis of tooth-quick opening structure. The overall stress distribution is retained. Using the contact element method to simulate the contact behavior between the teeth,under the condition of meet the requirements of strength and fatigue resistance,Establishing the overall minimum weight of the tooth-locked quick-opening structure as objective function,Through the finite element analysis optimization design method,the general weight of quick-opening structure was reduced by 26. 97%after optimization analysis.
