摘要

为分析凸轮轴扭振对配气机构影响,通过配气机构动力学实验,计算凸轮轴动态扭矩。通过模态分析,得到凸轮轴临界转速和扭振状况,在此基础上,分析扭振随工况变化的关系,进一步讨论扭振对配气机构影响。结果表明,凸轮轴临界转速在正常工况以外,随转速升高,扭振影响变大,并影响配气正时。计及扭振后凸轮轴扭矩增长更快。额定工况下,凸轮轴最大扭矩4.5 N·m,最大扭振幅值0.06°。

Abstract

In order to analysis the torsional vibration of the camshaft,the dynamic experiment of valve train was conducted to calculate the dynamic torque in this paper. The torsional vibration and the critical speed can be obtained by the modal analysis,and then the relationship between the torsional vibration and working condition was analyzedto confirm the torsional vibration influence to the valve train. The results show that the torsional vibration changed with the camshaft speed,and influenced the valve timingin the out of the common working condition. The camshaft torque increased obviously by taking the torsional vibration into account. The camshaft max torque and the torsional amplitude value were 4. 5 N·m and 0. 06°in the rated condition.
