摘要

提出一种结合仿真和实测数据求解材料参数的方法,利用确定的材料参数计算分析了一种新型的隔离开关拉杆结构。利用现有的隔离开关连杆获得材料的杨氏模量、泊松比。利用Solidworks软件建立隔离开关连杆三维模型,利用有限元分析软件Ansys Workbench进行线性静态结构分析。仿真结果为新型隔离开关连杆的设计与分析提供理论依据。

Abstract

a combination method of simulation and test data to solve the material parameters was raised,with the certain material parameters a new type of connecting rod of disconnector was analyzed.Material‘s Young modulus and Poisson’s ratio was obtained by using the existing connecting rod of disconnector.The model of new type of connecting rod of disconnector was made by the software of Solidworks.The finite element software of Ansys Workbench was used to carry out linear static structural analysis.The simulation result provides a theoretical basis for design and analysis new type of connecting rod of disconnector.
