摘要

对比分析了组合法与复合法的原理,揭示出两种方法在计算上存在的联系与区别。针对典型含多位置损伤(MSD)结构,分别基于组合法和复合法,采用了3种边界条件处理方法,对一含MSD结构的算例进行了应力强度因子(SIF)计算。通过与FRANC2D计算结果进行对比,复合法计算结果更为保守,边界条件分解方法对计算结果也有一定影响,其中最好的结果误差在5%以内。

Abstract

Principle of compounding method and empirical method was compared and analysised. Based on the three boundary condition decomposition methods of structure with multiple site damage（ MSD）,stress intensity factor（ SIF） of MSD crack tips was calculated with compounding method and empirical method respectively,and compared with the result of FRANC2 D Simulation. Finally a more accurate calculation method of stress intensity factor of MSD cracks was raised.
