需要确定挡圈断裂因素并制定改进措施。通过对挡圈轴向运动和径向运动的受力情况进行分析
确定正常装配状态下
活门启闭过程产生的轴向撞击不会导致卡圈疲劳断裂。非正常装配状态下
卡槽中堆积金属杂质、挡圈圆角小于卡槽圆角半径尺寸
将造成孔用挡圈发生频繁的径向收缩
是挡圈发生断裂的主要因素。从柱塞泵修理角度
制定了控制挡圈、卡槽匹配尺寸等卡圈断裂抑制措施
有效降低了挡圈沿卡槽圆角轨迹滑动的可能
对柱塞泵的维修应用具有一定意义。
Abstract
Aiming at the fatigue fracture phenomenon of the pump's circlip
it is necessary to determine the circlip's fracture factors and formulate improving measures.By analysing the force of axial and radial movements of the circlip
it was determined that under normal assembly conditions
the axial impact generated during the opening and closing process of the valve will not lead to the fatigue fracture of the circlip.However
in the abnormal assembly state
metal impurities accumulated in slot and circlip's fillet smaller than the radius of the slot will cause frequent radial shrinkage of the circlip
which were the main factors for the fracture of the circlip.From the perspective of piston pump repair
circlip's fracture suppression measures such as controling the circlip and the slot matching size were formulated
which effectively reduced the possibility of the circlip sliding along the groove rounded trajectory.It is of certain significance to the maintenance application of the plunger pump.
